Since starting her real estate career in 2023, Regan has learned that buying or selling a home is about so much more than the transaction. She quickly found her momentum with the Agents With A Smile team, spending a year in an administrative role before transitioning into full-time sales. During that time, she worked closely alongside more than 250 real estate transactions, fast-tracking valuable experience and understanding of the business that most agents take a decade to develop.
